“We’re proud of our “keep warm” pre-start engagement strategy, created to help incoming interns and analysts feel prepared, connected, and confident before day one. Through curated resources, including helpful sites, videos, trainings, and analyst spotlights, participants gained an early foundation for success at BNY. We also created meaningful connection points with current analysts and leaders through “Coffee & Community” chats and sessions like “Navigating Corporate Life.” These opportunities helped participants build connections, learn more about BNY, and better understand the organization they are joining. Together, these touchpoints fostered familiarity, community, and readiness ahead of their start.”

“We’re proud of how our team built community before day one by hosting on-site welcome events for incoming 2026 interns and analysts. These events deepened engagement, strengthened connection to BNY’s culture, and built excitement ahead of their start. More than 300 participants across the US and EMEA joined sessions featuring senior leader engagement, office tours, and peer networking. Bringing cohorts together early created a strong sense of belonging and helped participants start building relationships with BNY and one another. Through feedback from new hires and LinkedIn posts, we know these sessions had a huge impact preparing new joiners and connecting them to our people and culture before day one.”
