Over the past year, Travelers Insurance saved 12,870 hours that would have otherwise gone to manual outreach, time Travelers Insurance got back to spend on higher-touch, relationship-building moments that matter. Travelers Insurance also built strong, consistent connection with incoming hires, with 80% of hires highly engaged throughout the keep-warm journey. And to keep Gen Z hires consistently informed leading up to day one, Travelers Insurance delivered 25,392 program updates and announcements at scale, ensuring steady communication all year long.
