MongoDB Abode Wrapped is here!

All of us at Abode want to say a huge thank you for an incredible year of keep-warm strategies and meaningful engagement with new hires. To celebrate what MongoDB made happen, we’re excited to share a few highlights of the impact MongoDB drove with Abode this year:

Over the past year, MongoDB saved 4,680 hours that would have otherwise gone to manual outreach, time MongoDB got back to spend on higher-touch, relationship-building moments that matter. MongoDB also kept hires consistently informed leading up to day one, delivering 2,979 program updates and announcements at scale. And to make sure new hires always had support when they needed it, MongoDB shared 1,266 resources and articles, helping hires feel prepared, confident, and connected before they start.
