All of us at Abode want to say a huge thank you for an incredible year of keep-warm strategies and meaningful engagement with new hires. To celebrate what Medtronic made happen, we’re excited to share a few highlights of the impact Medtronic drove with Abode this year:
Over the past year, Medtronic saved 5,850 hours that would have otherwise gone to manual outreach, time Medtronic got back to spend on higher-touch, relationship-building moments that matter. Medtronic’s communication clearly broke through, with 77% of hires highly engaged throughout the keep-warm journey. And Medtronic kept Gen Z hires consistently informed leading up to day one, delivering 8,316 program updates and announcements at scale.
