Over the past year, Liberty Mutual Insurance saved 9,750 hours that would have otherwise gone to manual outreach—time Liberty Mutual Insurance got back to spend on higher-touch, relationship-building moments that matter. Liberty Mutual Insurance also kept hires consistently informed leading up to day one, delivering 27,816 program updates and announcements at scale. And to keep onboarding clear and on track, Liberty Mutual Insurance shared 7,230 new-hire tasks, helping hires stay on top of every key step before they start.
