All of us at Abode want to say a huge thank you for an incredible year of keep-warm strategies and meaningful engagement with new hires. To celebrate what Halliburton made happen, we’re excited to share a few highlights of the impact Halliburton drove with Abode this year:
Over the past year, Halliburton saved 3,900 hours that would have otherwise gone to manual outreach, time Halliburton got back to spend on higher-touch, relationship-building moments that matter. Halliburton’s communication also clearly broke through, with 87% of hires highly engaged throughout the keep-warm journey. And to keep Gen Z hires consistently informed leading up to day one, Halliburton delivered 3,311 program updates and announcements at scale.
