All of us at Abode want to say a huge thank you for an incredible year of keep-warm strategies and meaningful engagement with new hires. To celebrate what Energy Transfer made happen, we’re excited to share a few highlights of the impact Energy Transfer drove with Abode this year:

Over the past year, Energy Transfer saved 1,560 hours that would have otherwise gone to manual outreach, time Energy Transfer got back to spend on higher-touch, relationship-building moments that matter. Energy Transfer also kept hires consistently informed leading up to day one, delivering 682 program updates and announcements at scale. And to make sure new hires always had support when they needed it, Energy Transfer shared 836 resources and articles, helping hires feel prepared, confident, and connected before they start.
