All of us at Abode want to say a huge thank you for an incredible year of keep-warm strategies and meaningful engagement with new hires. To celebrate what Citadel made happen, we’re excited to share a few highlights of the impact Citadel drove with Abode this year:

Over the past year, Citadel saved 7,800 hours that would have otherwise gone to manual outreach, time Citadel got back to focus on higher-touch, relationship-building moments. Citadel’s engagement truly broke through, with 87% of hires highly engaged throughout the keep-warm journey. And to keep onboarding smooth and on track, Citadel shared 2,320 new hire tasks, with an outstanding 94% task completion rate before day one.
